Position Overview:
The Post-Sales Executive plays a key role in managing customer relationships after the sale of a property. This includes handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, addressing customer queries. The role requires strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Post-Sales Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking/sale.
Explain payment schedules, agreement clauses, project timelines, and possession processes.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, and registration.
Assist customers in completing KYC and loan-related documentation.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Provide regular project updates to customers.
Address customer concerns, queries, and escalations with timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Schedule and manage customer meetings, site visits, and handover appointments.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, agreements, and correspondence.
Ensure all documentation complies with RERA and company policies.
Support in preparing MIS reports on collections, outstanding dues, and post-sales activities.
4. Handover & Closing
Coordinate final payment settlement, registration, and possession formalities.
Facilitate the home handover process with engineering and quality teams.
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to property ownership
