The successful candidate will contribute to the development, fabrication, and experimental characterization of next-generation quantum circuits. These include superconducting microwave devices, hybrid quantum interfaces, and photonic structures for quantum communication, sensing, and computation.

Key responsibilities:

Design and fabrication of superconducting and photonic quantum circuits using state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities.
Cryogenic measurement and characterization of quantum devices (millikelvin and low-temperature setups).
Data analysis and theoretical modeling of quantum device performance.
Mentorship of graduate and undergraduate students in the lab.
Preparation of manuscripts and presentations for high-impact journals and conferences.
Regular progress reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
The initial appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal for a second year (or more) based on performance and funding availability.
