We are Looking for PostgreSQL DBA FOR mumbai lOCATION(NAVI MUMBAI) Immediate joiners. Exp-4-12 yrs Work from Office. Interested please share Resumes on [email protected] Installation and configuration of Postgres database Installation, configuration and application of Enterprise DB tools like PEM, BART, EFM and some open source tools like Pgbackrest, Barman, Pgbadger, Pgpool , Pgbouncer etc. Installation and configuration of BDR replication. Installation and configuration of standby database with real-time replication (Streaming, Logical). · Participate in application development projects and will be responsible for the database architecture and design. Participate in the creation of development, staging, and production database instances, and the migration from one environment to another. · Responsible for developer SQL code review to ensure queries are optimized and tuned to perform efficiently prior to production release. Responsible for regular backups and recovery of databases. · Responsible for regular maintenance on databases (eg, Vacuum, Re-indexing, Archiving). Responsible for pro-active remediation of database operational problems. Responsible for query tuning and preventive maintenance. Ability to proactively identify Troubleshoot and resolve live database systems issues Anticipate and handle critical situations database issues. · Ability to implement automation to reduce manual administrative tasks through use of jobs, scripts, cron or other techniques. · Database and EFM patching and upgrade/migrate. · Handling Database Switchover/failover with and without EFM. Creation and periodic review/updation of all monitoring, operations, reports, maintenance, upgradation, migration and all other required SOPs.
