The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining farm records, and assisting in daily operations. • Provide back-office support for day-to-day farm operations by managing petty cash and farm supplies and assisting with payroll or administrative tasks.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in the agriculture or farming sector. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, and basic accounting software knowledge of farm management software is a plus.
