About the Role:
You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehend their needs and objectives.
You will design and develop custom applications using PowerApps, leveraging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
You will integrate PowerApps solutions with other Microsoft applications and services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Office 365.
You will create and optimize data visualizations and reports using Power BI for insightful analysis and decision-making.
You will customize and extend Power BI functionalities through DAX calculations, custom visuals, and data modeling.
You will implement security and compliance measures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance within PowerApps and Power BI solutions.
You will conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee the reliability and scalability of developed applications.
You will provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PowerApps, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
You will document design specifications, configurations, and technical processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in developing solutions using PowerApps, with expertise in Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
A strong understanding of Power BI, including data modeling, visualization techniques, and report development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and Common Data Service (CDS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services related to Power Platform is advantageous.
Experience in customizing SharePoint Online and Dynamics 365 using PowerApps and Power Automate is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power BI) are advantageous.
