Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate to join our automation team. Whether you're a hands-on Developer , a solution-oriented Consultant , or a strategic Lead , this role offers the opportunity to work on impactful automation projects that streamline business processes and enhance productivity using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) .
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel) and third-party systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation including process flows, solution designs, and user guides .
Troubleshoot and optimize existing flows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Develop reusable components and templates to accelerate delivery and ensure consistency.
Work with Power Apps , Power BI , and Dataverse as part of end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices (for Consultant/Lead roles).
Stay current with Power Platform updates and emerging automation technologies.
Primary Skills
RPA Development and Implementation within Microsoft Power Automate Desktop/Winautomation and Power Automate Cloud
Power platform concepts such as Dataverse, MS Power Fx, Custom Connectors, Solutions etc
Scripting knowledge with either VBScript, PowerShell, or Python
Power Apps and related Microsoft tools and services (Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint)
Certified in Microsoft Power Platform
Experience in implementing DevOps pipelines for RPA solutions.
Experience in at least one other RPA Tools BluePrism, AutomationAnywhere, UiPath
