Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build custom Power BI dashboards and interactive reports
• Translate RCM metrics into clear visualizations for billing, A/R, collections, denials, etc.
• Connect with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL, cloud-based RCM tools, etc.)
• Optimize dashboards for performance and decision-making
• Collaborate with our operations and analytics team
Must-Have Skills:
• Proven experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
• Deep understanding of US medical/dental RCM workflows and KPIs
• Ability to handle collections, A/R aging, denials, clean claims, charge lag and other RCM metrics
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
