For the project, we are seeking a Power Engineer (Design Lead) with at least 10+ years of experience.

Roles & Responsibility:
To oversee the design production of electrical schemes and systems relevant to the discipline of power for Metro Railway Electrification design projects.
To develop the design strategies and manage the design activity accordingly.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the electrical engineering team and expand the company’s footprint in the market.
Supporting the production of regular reports on the power project scope performance.
Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring that designs are innovative, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Manage and oversee the electrical engineering team's activities, assign design assignments to team members, evaluate team members' performance, and provide assistance and direction as needed in order to ensure project success.
To ensure that Quality process, RAMS requirement and SHE requirement are considered and followed.
To represent the company in front of the client for any design matter, to explain the design approach and design strategies to the client, to take care of the client understanding in order to facilitate the design documents approval.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with other design disciplines, including civil, structural, and architectural teams, to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
To report the design progress and the risks to the project management, and participate to the project reporting.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's in electrical engineering
10 to 15 years of Design Experience in the Power Supply Systems of Metros/Railways with at least 5 years in a leadership position. International experience is considered an asset.
Strong technical expertise in all aspects of electrical engineering design and construction
Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Understanding of local regulations, codes, and standards related to electrical engineering.
Ability to work collaboratively with other design disciplines, including civil, structural, and architectural teams.
