Application Engineering for Power Conversion
Focus on Medium Power (Telecom rectifier …..) and Energy generation and distribution (EVCS, Solar...)
To drive and coordinate strategic program in the region. Manage system and HW platform development (with power discrete/module including WBG and all of ICs including analog and Digital). Work closely with various regional teams to achieve our goal in the fast-growing sector.
To work with the goal of delivering a comprehensive technical support to customers and building up system/platform solutions
To establish cooperation links with the decision makers of key customers in Asia-Pacific
To define new system architectures and drive the development of new product
Profile
To achieve business and marketing objectives through efficient support and drive of application engineers
To generate platforms that can be duplicated and reproduced to other Power & Energy customers in the region.
To create synergy among different divisions achieving total ST solution
To insure sustainability of Power & Energy key strategic program.
Develop and open business with customers through Technical strength & capabilities via platform development.
Provide customers, through Sales & Marketing organizations, with technical marketing driving forces as a decisive contribution to increase ST market share.
Define and submit strategy to be applied on related application (New products need, customers to focus, IP's need, technical support to be deployed) and drive technical support to sales/customers, control technical team workload and project completion versus plan.
To analyze ST position, define support priorities and main applications (Customers to target, technical support to deploy), specify support priorities and measure new billing generated.
Maintain and enhance business relationship with the customer, gather product and customer requirements, working closely with Technical teams, Division application team, Marketing and Sales.
Fluent English in writing and speaking
