Your impact
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This role is pivotal in driving our organization's digital transformation by enhancing business processes, improving data analysis capabilities, and automating workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design Architect and design scalable, secure, and efficient Power Platform solutions that align with business objectives.
• Implementation Lead the development and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Integration Ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure services, etc.).
• Data Management Design data models, manage data flows, and ensure data integrity across the Power Platform environment.
• Governance & Security Establish governance policies, manage security settings, and oversee compliance with data protection regulations.
• Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and workflows within the Power Platform.
• Training & Support Conduct training sessions for end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of Power Platform solutions.
• Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and process flows.
• Project Management Oversee project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Innovation Stay abreast of new features and updates within the Power Platform ecosystem; suggest innovative uses of technology to improve business outcomes.

Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale Power Platform solutions.
• Expert knowledge in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Platform administration and security models.
• Preferably certified in Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities to guide and mentor team members.
