The role
Our Technical Consultant plays a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. You will work closely with solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to create scalable and efficient digital solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include developing applications with Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, streamlining workflows through Power Automate, leveraging Power BI for insightful analytics, and integrating Microsoft Business Applications with external systems while maintaining optimal performance, security, and usability. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and a continuous learning mindset to drive operational enhancements for customers.
What will I be doing?
• Solution Development - Design and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Customization & Configuration - Modify and configure Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows to meet business needs.
• Data & Integration - Work on data migration, API integrations, and system connectivity between Power Platform and external applications.
• Incident Management - Handle escalated customer-raised incidents, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues while developing problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Coding & Development - Develop components using C#, JavaScript, PowerFX, and SQL for extending Power Platform capabilities.
• Testing & Troubleshooting - Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure quality solutions.
• Client & Team Collaboration - Work closely with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Documentation & Training - Contribute to technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users.
• Continuous Learning - Stay updated on new features and capabilities within Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
What will I bring to the role?
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (canvas), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Exposure to C#, JavaScript, PowerFX, and SQL for custom development.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and Azure services (preferred).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced projects.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
