Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps to meet business needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Dataverse to manage and store data efficiently.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Integrate and manage SharePoint and SharePoint Lists for seamless data collaboration.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance business processes.
• Create and manage interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Leverage MS Copilot for Power Platform to enhance productivity and solution delivery.
• Develop and implement AI agentic workflows and copilots, especially within the Microsoft stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all development activities.
• Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace Engineering (preferred), or any other related field.
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer (PL-100 or PL-400) certification is a must.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Power Platform developer.
• Proven experience in building and deploying Power Apps.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and SharePoint Lists.
• Expertise in developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with AI agentic workflows and copilots, particularly on the Microsoft stack.
• Hands-on coding experience with C++ and/or Java.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Familiarity with MS Copilot for Power Platform.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to overlap with US time zones and effectively collaborate with international clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
