JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Diagnose Issues:
Inspect returned pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers to accurately identify problems and determine the necessary repairs.
• Repair Tools:
Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.
• Warranty Repair:
Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers under warranty.
• Testing:
Test tools after repair to ensure they are functioning properly and safely before returning them to the customer.
• Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including non-conformances and product reliability issues.
• Team Interaction:
Communicate with the engineering team on product-related issues.
• Miscellaneous:
Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Consistently maintain good work attendance and a productive work ethic.
