Your role will involve understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and building solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop custom applications using PowerApps, leveraging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Integrate PowerApps solutions with other Microsoft applications and services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Office 365.
• Develop and optimize data visualizations and reports using Power BI for insightful analysis and decision-making.
• Customize and extend Power BI functionalities through DAX calculations, custom visuals, and data modeling.
• Implement security and compliance measures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance within PowerApps and Power BI solutions.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and scalability of developed applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PowerApps, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Document design specifications, configurations, and technical processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in developing solutions using PowerApps, with proficiency in Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong understanding of Power BI, including data modeling, visualization techniques, and report development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and Common Data Service (CDS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services related to Power Platform is a plus.
• Experience in customizing SharePoint Online and Dynamics 365 using PowerApps and Power Automate is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power BI) are advantageous
