Job Description
Capacity Planning for production of particular Shop Floor.
• To Monitor & do the production planning according to the customer schedule.
• To Monitor the Raw Material availability as per planning.
• Monthly & daily machine-wise production planning & Capacity planning.
• MRP & Scheduling as per customer requirement.
• Preparing production plan on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Production Plan vs. Actual Analysis.
• Schedule vs. dispatch analysis.
• Follow up with Supplier to meet stretched requirements.
• Creating and closing work orders for finished goods.
• Preparation of daily Management reports.
• Monitoring of outsource vendors production activities & capable of getting job work done from subcontractors.
• Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets.
• Monthly & daily machine-wise production planning & Capacity planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹20,1+1.00 - ₹35,111.72 per month
