Job Description
● Conduct competitor research and stay up-to-date with industry trends
● Identify audience segments and create targeted ad campaigns
● Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (e.g. click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition)
● Manage budgets and allocate spending across different channels and campaigns
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, content, and analytics) to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and goals
● Monitor and report on paid media performance to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
● Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Knowledge of ad targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
● Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
● Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
