Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube)
2. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
3. Improve CTR, CVR, reduce CPL, and manage budgets
4. Set up tracking (GA4, GTM) and generate performance reports
5. Collaborate with design/content teams to improve ad quality
