Key Responsibilities:

• Training Program Development:

• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, case studies, and exercises, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

• Design training programs that cover various aspects of PPC, such as campaign strategy, keyword research, ad copy writing, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.

• Identify training needs and tailor programs to meet the specific requirements of the organization or clients.

• Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, using a variety of methods, including presentations, workshops, and online learning platforms.

• Provide clear explanations and practical examples to ensure participants understand the concepts and can apply them effectively.

• Facilitate discussions and answer questions, creating a supportive learning environment.

• Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Track participant progress and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

• Collect feedback from participants and use it to improve training materials and delivery methods.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and technologies, ensuring training content remains current and relevant.

• PPC Expertise:

• Possess a strong understanding of PPC principles and practices, including campaign management, keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.

• Be proficient in using various PPC platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

• Have experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve specific business goals.

• Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with trainers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

• Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and implement PPC strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with others.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
