We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Associate to be a part of the growing team at the pioneer stage of an organization. This Position is part of the Digital Operations & Marketing Vertical and will have high visibility with Management | Cross-functional teams | External partners & Service providers. Value creation & Operation excellence will be the key expectation from the role.
The ideal candidate who lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Job Role: Performance Marketing Associate
Job/ Office Location: Baner, Pune
Performance Marketing Associate Job Responsibilities:
• Manage campaigns on various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart including setting up campaigns for new products, modifying and updating listings as per latest and competitor analysis and optimizing listings to generate sales
• Understand the nuances of each marketplace develop strategy for promoting sales
• Analyze performance data and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic while maintaining a Strong ROI & ACoS
• Monitor and analyze product performance on a particular marketplace, keywords analysis, rankings and ratings and provide recommendations to enhance reviews and rankings and understand and implement SEO best practices
• Manage processes associated with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance in connection with company policy
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ data and pivot listing strategy
• Maintain up-to-the-minute knowledge of marketplace marketing policies and updates, ensure all accounts remain in compliance
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising channels, platforms and tools, such as Amazon Advertisements, Flipkart Advertisements, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, creative, and analytics, to create integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines, social media, display networks, and affiliates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for campaign execution and optimization.
• Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and allocation to ensure efficient utilization of marketing resources.
• Stay informed about compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to digital advertising and ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
Manager Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising channels, platforms and tools, such as Amazon Advertisements, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution and reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRO principles is desirable.
• Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is beneficial.
