ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Stock Management team. We are looking for someone who is process driven and able to maintain accuracy through repetitive tasks.
Enjoy the security of this permanent position with the flexibility of hybrid work options. This position is working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. In this role your key responsibilities would include:
Accurately running checks on the Personal Property Securities Register
Liaising with internal and external parties to have issues rectified
Checking coding on the Written Off Vehicle Register
Ensuring a high level of communication within the team
Responding to enquiries from customers, police, investigators and RTA
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level.
Previous experience in administration will be advantageous
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and have a high attention to detail.
Adaptable, driven, and solution-focused, excelling in fast-paced environments with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
