PQ Finance Assistant

SGW Payroll are looking for a PQ Finance Assistant. The role will report into the Managing Director of SGW Payroll and you will be a valuable member of the team where you will you learn, flourish and be fully supported.

Your day-to-day tasks
Raise Sales Orders within the finance system and convert into Invoices
Send Customer Invoices via our automated systems
Create and run the Direct Debit process and allocate cash to customer accounts
Build relationships and rapport with customers and manage other key stakeholders
Assist in resolving Customer queries
Create and maintain customer accounts
Assist with the implementation of the new ERP system – Business Central
Assist the Financial Controller with the year end audit process
Assist the Group Accounts Receivable manager with Credit Control processes for related parties
Be involved in ad hoc projects as and when required
Skills & Knowledge
AAT Level 4 required
Part qualified accountant CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred
Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills.
Attention to detail
Efficiently prioritise workloads
Excel skills
Able to liaise with staff at all levels of the business.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
