Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Team Lead at Helix Tech IT Services in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The Recruiting Team Lead will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, managing the hiring process, conducting technical recruiting, and providing team leadership and communication. This role involves ensuring the right people with the right skills are placed in the right positions. The team lead will also work towards continuous improvements in recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and alignment with company goals. Team Lead Position Availability 5 positions available at Mumbai 4 positions available at Ahmedabad Responsibilities Team Management : Lead and inspire a team of recruiters to meet recruitment targets and deadlines, ensuring high performance and collaboration. Technical Recruiting : Conduct technical recruiting to identify candidates with the right skills for US IT roles. Strategy Development : Align recruitment strategies with company goals, ensuring that recruitment efforts meet organizational needs. Coaching & Mentoring : Provide guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations to improve team performance. Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and the candidate experience. Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hires, and candidate experience to drive continuous improvements. Collaboration : Work closely with senior recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to ensure smooth and effective recruitment processes. Troubleshooting : Handle escalated candidate issues and internal conflicts, maintaining a positive team atmosphere. Market & Competitor Analysis : Keep the team updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices, compliance standards, and maintain accurate reporting. Qualifications Strong team management and leadership abilities Proven experience in IT staffing or recruitment, with a focus on US IT recruitment Preference for IT professionals with strong team management experience Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or team management Ability to coach and mentor junior recruiters for performance improvement In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field Proven track record of successful hires and effective team management Additional Benefits Competitive salary plus incentives based on performance Work in a dynamic and growing company environment Opportunity to work with top-tier clients and candidates Professional development and career growth opportunities
