Key Responsibilities:Support internal campaigns and employee communication—from CEO townhalls to milestone announcements—with messaging that inspires and informs.Monitor industry trends, manage reputation, and respond to PR opportunities or crises with agility and professionalism.Champion storytelling for Vastu's social impact programs, customer journeys, and partnerships.Develop and execute media strategies to position Vastu as a thought leader in affordable housing finance.Craft compelling press releases, founder quotes, investor communications, and speeches for media and socialLiaise with PR agencies and journalists to secure coverage across tier 1 and vernacular media.
What You Bring:1–2 years of experience in corporate communications or PR agencies, preferably in BFSI or development finance.Excellent writing and editing skills—able to switch between formal, human, and purpose-driven tones.Strong media know-how across financial, business, and social impact beats.Experience in speechwriting, award entries, and CSR communications is a plus.A keen understanding of brand guardianship and content contextualisation.
