Job Description
Experience: 1 to 5 years (required)
1. Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.
2. Create mood boards to show to customers or suggestion with their own ideas.
3. Work with others in the design team, such as buyers and forecasters, to develop products to meet a brief.
4. Interacting closely with buying and production teams on an on-going basis to ensure items suit the customer.
5. Understand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
6. Adapt existing designs for mass production.
7. Genuine talk to customers, soft handling at any cost.
8. Issues should be voiced out immediately to the management
customer satisfaction is must.
9. Interacting with Production unit and taking personal care for every individual customers and as well as their custom outfits.
