We are looking for a dynamic PR Manager who will serve as the face of our agency, managing our club property and representing us at various events. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling media relations, crowd engagement, and providing top-tier guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
• Venue Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the club property, ensuring a premium guest experience. - Coordinate with the venue staff to manage logistics, guest lists, and special requests. - Maintain the venue’s image and reputation, ensuring all aspects align with the brand's standards.
• Crowd Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling queries, feedback, and VIP experiences. - Foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the guest experience and engagement. - Lead and manage on-ground activations, ensuring a seamless experience during events (e.g., NYE party, special artist shows).
• Agency Representation:
- Serve as the public face of the agency during events and activations, showcasing the brand’s values. - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media partners, and guests. - Work closely with the marketing and social media teams for coordinated promotional efforts.
• Media Relations & PR:
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key media contacts. - Create and distribute press releases, event announcements, and media kits. - Handle any media inquiries and ensure positive coverage of events and initiatives.
• Crisis Management:
- Address and resolve any guest complaints, media issues, or operational problems promptly. - Implement crisis communication strategies to protect the venue's and agency’s reputation.
Requirements
• Preferred Gender: Female (to cater to guest preferences and representation needs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in PR, venue management, or event coordination
• Strong networking abilities with a focus on relationship building
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event nights
• Familiarity with the entertainment and nightlife industry
