The role would suit a skilled PR and social media marketeer looking for their next step working in an omni-channel business and will involve playing a key role in further growing our brand presence in market.
You will be responsible for
Developing and implementing our earned media strategy to drive revenue, grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience loyalty.
Managing The Man Shake, The Lady Shake and Famous Nutrition social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
Manage and oversee Cranky Health’s brands Public Relations activities to gain valuable market awareness and maintain a positive image for all brands in the portfolio.
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team to drive success and engagement.
Collaborate with Community Managers to draw meaningful insights and leverage to inform content development requirements and identify story opportunities and pitch to media.
Ability to create high-quality content across photo, video, and written formats, as well as work effectively with external resources.
Ability to flex between brands, ensuring all content aligns with respective brand voice and vision guidelines.
Scheduling and publishing posts via Sprout Social to maintain a consistent and on-brand presence across all channels.
Keeping up to date with news opps, social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Assisting in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, content shoots, and product launches.
Reporting and analysing social media performance metrics and providing actionable insights to optimise strategies.
On day one you'll have
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong earned media and public relations experience, including media outreach, journalist relationship-building, story pitching, and reputation management.
5–7+ years of experience in social media management, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably within health, or nutrition industries.
Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and using scheduling tools like Sprout Social.
Adept at managing content creation to deliver high quality content. Ability to get creatively hands-on when needed is a bonus.
Experience working with and briefing influencers, amplifying celebrity or member ambassadors, media, and community managers to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Ability to adapt brand messaging across multiple brands, ensuring consistency with each brand’s unique voice and vision.
Analytical mindset with experience in earned media performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of earned media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Experience in campaign planning, content shoots, and product launches.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple brands while working in a fast-paced environment.
