Role: Data Engineer Architect/Practice Head
Location: Balewadi, Pune
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Responsibilities -
• Define and execute the strategic direction of the data engineering practice.
• Lead a team of data engineers.
• Develop data architectures.
• Optimize data pipelines.
• Ensure data governance and quality.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of leading large-scale data projects.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role within a data engineering team.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in data engineering tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques. Experience with big data technologies and frameworks is highly desirable.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
