Job Description
This Subject Matter Expert must have combined technical and consultative background with very strong business and commercial affinities, with the focus on promoting and positioning Security solutions and other technologies and/or services through conference calls, on-site visits to potential customers and existing customers. Practice Lead is a corner stone in supporting the development and answering solution designs and technical descriptions for RFIs & RFPs, drafting cost sheets, industrialization of packaged services offerings and assists in closing deals with the Sales team.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
• Understand customers business models and drivers and translate them into solution specifications and outcomes through strong knowledge of the Security portfolio.
• Inform Sales Team of service offerings and changes, while refining sales messaging and value propositions.
• Attend, lead and engage with customer meetings and events to introduce and promote company Security solutions and services.
• Partner with presales as required in qualifying opportunities, delivering demonstrations, and providing security consulting expertise.
• Provide design support of security solutions for both new and existing customers (managed or integrated) in support of increasing sales.
• Actively support responses to proposals, RFQ, RFP and RFI requirements
• Support Account Managers with the accurate forecasting of security opportunities and managing pipeline.

Skill Profile
• Demonstrable experience as a security engineer/consultant, preferably presales experience.
• Extensive experience within the security industry
• Technical advice and support for customers on IT security projects, with a focus on following subject areas: SIEM (Rapid7 /Splunk/ ArcSight/ Sentinel, etc.), Cloud Security & Architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Defender), NAC, MFA, SD-WAN and Network & Infrastructure Security: NGFW (Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet), EDR, XDR, SSE / SASE Solutioning and Planning.
• Advisory and consultative selling on Zero Trust, Application Security and threat intelligence.
• Experience in solutions managing Identity Access Management (IAM), Data protection and AD/ Database security.
• Ability to understand security posture and accelerate IT / Network Security transformation
• Experience with Managed Security Services portfolios specifically Security Operations Centres.
• Customer facing experience with strong presentation skills
• Experience in writing proposals and scopes, responding to tenders/RFQ/RFP/RFI
• Knowledge of SIEM, NGFW and Cloud Security solutions
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and security fundamentals
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence, tenacity, creativity and flexibility in thinking

Qualifications
• B.E / B.Tech with relevant experience in IT industry or leading OEMs/ Integrators/ MSSP.
• Should have at least 10 years of experience in CyberSecurity with prior hands-on experience

Salary: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
