About Your New Role
We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager or enthusiastic Senior Nurse looking for the next step in their career!
Full-time position
Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering and change management
Undertaking general nursing tasks
Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
Monitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvement
Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
About You
Cert IV qualified ideally with 3+ years' experience in a management position, leading a team and fostering a positive culture
Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members
HR experience with performance monitoring and management
Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good business acumen and organisational skills
Friendly, respectful, team player attitude
Passion for continuous learning
