We are actively looking for DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER in our modern dental clinic- My Affordable Dentist @ Lesmurdie WA.

Your responsibilities would include greeting patients, handling accounts and telephone inquiries and assisting the Practice.

You will be an integral part of the team and you must have strong communication skills, initiative, maturity and immaculate presentation. You will need to have a genuine interest in a dental career and willing to learn to gain new knowledge

Job description for PM-

Creating duty rotas for Dentists and other staff of the practice
Scheduling and confirming dental appointments
Filling and maintaining patient medical records
Hiring, training and supervising support staff
Maintaining a stock list of drugs, stationery and office equipment
Authorized payment of supplier invoices
Managing a record of prescriptions where required.
Organizing rooms maintenance and cleaning services
Ensuring that the practice meets legal, health and safety and other regulatory guidelines
must have bachelor or higher education in commerce/management or other relevant field
