Background
Here we have a great opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join a forward-thinking and highly supportive training practice with a close-knit, happy team and a long-standing Partnership near Farnborough. The practice is well-staffed with a wonderful group of multi-disciplined clinicians, including a Nursing team, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers and more, some of whom have been with the practice for over a decade!
The practice offers a very manageable workload, including excellent admin support, with a great deal of flexibility around hours, days worked and appointment times. This practice believes that a good work/life balance is imperative for its clinical team, and they will ensure that yours is consistently in a good place. Salary – £37,050 – £48,750 per annum (full time equivalent) + NHS pension + 5 week’s annual leave (increases to 6 weeks) + excl. Bank Holidays + Full Indemnity

The surgery
• Regular clinical and team meetings, keeping all staff up to speed with practice news
• Multi-disciplined team, with various clinicians and dedicated admin staff

Your role –
• Part-time role (up to 30 hour per week)
• No fixed days – very flexible
• Traditional Practice Nurse duties with Chronic Disease Management
• Part of a multi-disciplined Nursing team, incl. Practice Nurses and ANPs
• All pre-booked appointments, mainly face to face
• Non-compulsory extended hours
• Training Practice – considerable focus on your professional development
• Greatly streamlined admin

• Annual leave allowance increases to 6 weeks
