Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Commit to regular times of prayer and intercession for assigned topics.
Participate in scheduled prayer meetings, vigils, or special services.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when praying over sensitive requests.
Partner with other intercessors to pray corporately and build a strong foundation of prayer.
Remain spiritually alert and sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Occasionally provide encouragement or scripture to individuals being prayed for, as led.
Keep records or journals of prayer topics and outcomes (optional, as per ministry structure).
Uphold a lifestyle of holiness and spiritual maturity as a representative of the prayer ministry.
Qualifications:
A committed Christian with a vibrant personal prayer life.
Strong knowledge of Scripture and understanding of spiritual warfare and intercession.
Spiritually discerning and sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
Integrity, humility, and the ability to keep prayer requests confidential.
Ability to work independently and also within a prayer team.
Previous experience in prayer ministry or spiritual leadership is a plus.
