• Job Description for Pre Legal:
- Having Hands-On Experience In a Real Estate Company
- Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports.
- Knowledge in the drafting of Memorandum of Understandings, Joint
Development Agreements, General power of attorney, Agreement of
Sale, Sale Deeds, Special Power of Attorney, Procurement
Agreements and other deeds in relation to the property.
- Coordinating with LAW FIRMS external advocates for obtaining legal
opinion.
- Interacting with the land owners about the Legal Due-Diligence of
properties to be acquired by the Company and spot verification.
- All liasioning work like procurement of documents and Plan approvals
and Khata transfers related to Taluk Office, AC office, DC
office, BBMP, BDA, NHAI,KHB, KIADB offices which are related to the
project.
- Complete Registration work in any sub-registrar offices in Karnataka.
• Job description Post Legal
- Attending customer queries.
- Interacting with customer’s advocate in the finalization of sale
agreements, sale deeds and their queries.
- Knowledge in the drafting of Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds.
- Coordinating with Bank Panel Advocates to obtain legal opinion
for project approvals.
- Handling queries raised by customers/advocates with regard to
projects.
- Knowledge of effective file management.
- Knowledge of RERA Rules of Karnataka.
- Complete Registration work in any sub-registrar offices in Karnataka.
• Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
