Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Indian Art Printers in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for tasks such as
• Develop and execute graphics layouts for print media, including brochures, flyers, and packaging.
• Prepare digital files for printing, ensuring proper resolution and color profiles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand design specifications and project requirements.
• Review and proof prepress files, checking for errors and inconsistencies.
• Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw) for design and layout purposes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies.
• Configure and manage color settings for various print devices.
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality production standards are met.
• Resolve production issues efficiently to maintain project deadlines.
• Deliver projects within set timelines while managing multiple assignments.
• Modify designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Prepare and submit files for digital and print proofs.
• Maintain organized records of all design and production files.
• Create templates and guides for consistent branding and messaging.
• Designing of Pharmaceutical and Food packs like Mono Carton, Label, posters etc.
• Providing new fresh and innovative look to the product packshots.
• Prepare promotional marketing materials like new design & Posters, Brochures etc.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in a PrePress environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and layout work for print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• In-depth understanding of printing processes and file preparation standards.
• Knowledge of color calibration and typography principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
