Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or Montessori Teacher Training

Job Description:

We are looking for a caring, creative, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Yelahanka, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children and skilled in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct interactive and engaging lessons using play-based and Montessori methods.

Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Focus on the development of language, motor, social, and early numeracy skills.

Use storytelling, rhymes, activities, and hands-on learning tools to engage children.

Maintain records of each child’s progress and provide regular updates to parents.

Manage classroom materials and ensure cleanliness and organization.

Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to maintain high teaching standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Certification in NTT or Montessori Teacher Training (mandatory).

2–5 years of teaching experience in pre-primary or early childhood education.

Fluency in English with good communication skills.

Warm, patient, and energetic personality.

Understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate teaching techniques
