ECCED is must , Should be comfortable to take physical as well as virtual sessions , Should be Confident with excellent Communication and instructional skills , Will be applying variety of educational techniques to teach children , Tracking of the child's progress and reporting to parents , providing weekly schedule for children and Parents , Regular communication with Parents, Should be versatile and perform different activities like storytelling ,dramatics etc teach them in different ways , should be able to create to create stress free environment.
