Preschool Teacher -Job Profile

Qualification and Experience

● Requires – Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT

● Minimum of 2 years teaching children under five years old in an Early Childhood program

● Inclination towards extensive curriculum planning/teaching.

● A strong command on spoken and written English.

● Robust knowledge of the most recent relevant policies, regulations, theories and practices

● Passion for education with experience in teaching is a must.

● Self-motivated, Tech Savvy. Attributes

● Highly organised individual with a capacity to manage multiple fronts.

● High attention to detail.

● Warm, pleasing personality with a great persona.

● Innate passion to work with children.

● Familiarity with some existing early childhood education curricula like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, National ECCE.

● Strong orientation to deliver quality.

● Open mind to listen from peers, subordinates.

● Willingness to learn, train instructors.

Working Hours – 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
