Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (ECCEd / Montessori / NTT certification preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early years team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children, have excellent communication skills, and be able to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and care for children aged 2 to 5 years, focusing on their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, language, and motor skills.

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports play-based and experiential learning.

Maintain daily routines, monitor developmental milestones, and manage classroom behavior with empathy and consistency.

Use creative teaching aids such as storytelling, songs, games, art, and music.

Conduct assessments and maintain records of each child’s progress.

Build strong communication with parents through meetings, updates, and progress reports.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events or celebrations.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Additional certification in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd), Montessori, or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is strongly preferred.

2 – 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Patience, creativity, and a strong passion for teaching young children.
