About Seva Sadan Society
Seva Sadan is a 117-year-old non-profit organisation based in Gamdevi, Mumbai. We run a Residential Home for underprivileged girls, schools in English and Marathi medium, a teachers’ training college, and offer skill development programs. Managed by a voluntary committee, we impact approximately 700 beneficiaries annually and have a legacy of over a century of service.
Seva Sadan Society’s English School, established 18 years ago, follows the SSC curriculum and serves children from low-income backgrounds. The co-educational school has approximately 300 students.
We are looking for a well-qualified teacher for the Pre-Primary section of our English School.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the assigned pre-primary classroom.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities to create a fun, interactive, and inclusive learning environment.
Use age-appropriate and modern teaching techniques to support diverse learning needs and early childhood development.
Foster an inclusive classroom that respects and supports children from varied backgrounds and abilities.
Participate in trainings and professional development programs as directed by the school in-charge.
Qualifications & Skills
· ECCED/ECEP certification (mandatory).
· Minimum 5 years of pre-primary teaching experience in English medium schools.
· Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
· Passion for teaching and working with young children.
· Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to school goals.
· Open to feedback and continuous learning.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
