Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for Pre-Primary Teachers, Primary Teachers (BA/BSc/BCom + BEd), and specialized teaching positions including PGT Maths, Science, Sanskrit, IT, Music, Dance, Art & Craft, Special Educator, and Grade Level Coordinator. The role involves teaching and engaging with students, developing lesson plans, designing innovative teaching strategies, fostering an inclusive environment, and ensuring the holistic development of students. The successful candidate will also support extracurricular activities and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and designing lesson plans tailored to various educational levels.
• Strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, particularly in the subjects of expertise.
• Exceptional Communication abilities to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with students, parents, and faculty.
• Relevant qualifications such as a BA, BSc, BCom, and BEd for teaching roles, supported by certifications in the respective fields for specialized roles (e.g., Music, Dance, IT).
• Experience in an educational setting and a passion for student engagement and development.
