Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners in their early years. The candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Use play-based and experiential learning methods to engage children.
Develop children’s basic skills such as communication, motor skills, and social interaction.
Monitor and record student progress and development.
Maintain discipline in a gentle and supportive manner.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Qualifications & Skills

ECC.Ed / MTT / NTT (Early Childhood Care & Education / Montessori Teacher Training / Nursery Teacher Training).
Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of early childhood development.
Creative, patient, and energetic personality.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, and activity-based learning.
Ability to use teaching aids, toys, and digital tools effectively.
Artistic skills (drawing, craft, music, dance) will be an added advantage.
