Responsibilities and Duties
• Good communication skills and very good fluency in English (preferably convent educated)
• Good Personality and Teaching skills
• Experince in Child counseling
• Should know administrative and Classroom management
• Organising small games in the class and group activities.
• Motivating and stimulating children's learning abilities.
• Should be good in craft and creative hands-on activities.
• Have mindset to innovate and seek continuous improvement in teaching methodologies
• Good knowledge of Phonics ( alphabets, numbers) and voice modulation
• Supervising and Organising Play and work activities
• Good knowledge of using Teaching Aids-related information for preschooling (shape, color, counting etc.)
• Singing and Dancing skills
