• Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and conferences to discuss students' development and address any concerns.
• Classroom Management:
• Establish and maintain a structured and organized classroom environment that promotes a sense of order, routine, and discipline appropriate for young learners.
• Implement positive behavior management techniques and encourage teamwork and collaboration among students.
• Assessment and Progress Tracking:
• Conduct continuous assessment of students' progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop effective assessment tools and strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or qualification with a focus on early childhood education.
• Previous experience working with pre-primary or early childhood students is advantageous.
• Strong passion for working with young children, patience, and understanding of their developmental stages.
