Job Description
· Experience : 0.6-1 Years (real estate background only)
· Joining : Immediate
· Language: Fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi
1. Manage all the inquiries generated through offline and online campaigns in the CRM tool
2. Responsible for handling customers inquiry
3. Follow-up with customers as per the schedule
4. Meet the targeted no cold calls to be done per day
5. Meet the targeted no of client site visits for a month
6. Update feedback of the respective clients in the CRM tool
7. Work in proper co-ordination with the sales managers on site
8. MIS reporting to the manager daily
+. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
10. Should be able to work on CRM tool
11.Should be flexible to travel to sites, if required
12. Working Days – Six days a week (Including Weekends). Weekly off to be taken for one day during weekdays
