Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive with BPO/telecalling experience who can handle inbound and outbound calls, engage potential customers, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers.
Explain real estate projects and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain a database.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in BPO / Telecalling / Customer Support.
Excellent communication skills (English preferred, Hindi, Marathi).
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel is a plus.
Interest in the Real Estate industry.
