Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote e-Learning (BrightChamps’ EdTech platform) and schedule demo classes.
• Handle outbound calls, providing information and resolving queries about demo sessions.
• Build rapport with leads, and guiding them through onboarding and enrollment for a smooth experience.
• Schedule demo classes based on lead preferences and ensure timely follow-ups & rescheduling.
Requirements:
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Willing to work flexible * -hour shifts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
• Preferred candidate from Edtech / Sales / Promotion Background but is not mandatory.
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday’s Off)
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Day Shift Also Available
Location: 5 mins walk from Vasai (W) Station
