Roles and Responsibilities

1. Main Role of Telecaller is to convince the New lead for a site visit, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post-sales processes as well.

2. Maintaining Site Visit Records, Incoming / Outbound Call Records

3. Follow Up On a Regular Basis

4. Updating Reports in CRM and give MIS reporting to Manager

5 Sunday is working .

Week off between Monday to Thursday.
