Pre-Sales
• Cold Calling

• Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Outbound Sales Calls.
• Follow Up on Prospective Clients.
• Scheduling of Meetings for The Field Sales Team.
• Follow Up on The Meetings of The Field Sales Team.
• Coordinating Site Visits of Clients.
• Maintaining Data.
• Handling Inbound Call.
• Ensure highest standards of compliance to PINKODE's policies, processes and value structure.
Candidate Requirements:
A real Estate background is a must.
Experience- 1-3 years.
Excellent communication.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
