• Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential buyers or renters from lead databases.
- Call potential clients to introduce the company’s projects and properties.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Provide information on available properties, pricing, offers/
- Address queries from prospective clients about property details, financing options, and more.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone while interacting with clients.
- Update and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
- Track client follow-ups and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Monitor and report on call outcomes to ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Collect customer feedback on the services provided and share insights with the management.
- Suggest improvements based on client concerns.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties to convert them into customers.
• Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in any field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills, with a goal-oriented approach.
- Friendly, proactive, and a quick learner.
- No prior experience required, but any internship or part-time experience in Pre-sales or customer service is a plus.
