Purpose of the Job
This position will play a key role in developing sales pipeline for Zensar for a particular geography /business vertical / technology platform. The team member will be the front-line executive when it comes to setting up meetings
Key Responsibilities
The successful individual will work within the Product Marketing team to build compelling content that represents the differentiated value offered by our practice.
1. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
3. Identified cross-selling and upselling opportunities for new products and services to increase value to customers and exceed sales goals.
4. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
5. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services via cold calling and reaching out to prospects in LinkedIn
6. Scheduling appointments, taking notes during meetings, and following up with clients afterwards to get some opportunity.
7. Support sales by analyzing opportunities and communicates sales collateral within their area of focus. May be brought in by partner to sell company brand to end customers.
8. Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
9. ISR must know how to Compose e- mail and respond to prospects
10. Influence partners to create and maintain their company funnel.
11. Participate in events, webinars to build a pipeline post event
12. Support campaigns and should know how to create one
13. Coordinating with different stakeholders, sales, and marketing team
14. Adaptable and flexible- will we shadowing sales representative in geo time zones
Key competencies
Functional:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT sales
2. Previous experience in outbound calling
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.com, HubSpot.
Must have excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Strong listening and sales communication skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
Exceptional customer service skills.
